Really easy to deal with, friendly knowledgeable service guy and our air con has never skipped a beatIt’s rare these days for someone to get a positive shout out, and thought these guys deserved one.One happy loyal customer

I had an issue with our indoor units at our office building that has been problematic for years. NeedhamAir were the only ones who bothered to return my calls and come out to quote on the job.We ended up needing the whole unit replaced and swapped over and the technician was on time, professional and I'm really happy with the work done.My office has always been unbearable in summer and for the first time in years, we've enjoyed coming to work as the air-con finally works as it should.

We have been using Needhamair for over 5 years now. They installed a system into our last house, which worked perfectly and we had their service department perform a couple of services for us as well post install, and they were always prompt and efficient.We just moved house and had the service department come out to clean the system for us, and they also identified that the air flow was unbalanced, so they completely rebalanced everything, and now we’re finding the temperature control is much more even. It wasn’t even a brand that Needhamair sell, yet they were able to identify someone else’s install mistakes and rectify them for us, which should save us money in the long run on our running costs and prolong the longevity of the system – thanks guys!Their staff are always polite and easy to deal with, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Needhamair to any of our family & friends

I don’t normally post reviews but after the excellent service we received, I wanted to make sure I let everyone know about it.Starting with Rebecca in the office, she was so helpful and spent so much time with me while I was asking her so many questions! She really took the time to go through in detail how the process of purchasing and installing air-con in our house.When I was ready to move forward with the purchase, she put me in touch with Paul who then gave so much information on the technical side of things, it really made me feel comfortable that they knew what they were talking about and recommending to me what would best suit my needs in my home.Ordering of the product was seamless and I was kept informed along the way including when eastern states lockdowns delayed delivery of my ordered unit.The technicians who installed it were on time, friendly and most importantly, clean! I have been very impressed throughout he whole process and now that we are 12 months on and due for our first service, I loved that I was sent a reminder and was able to book in for a service without me needing to do anything.Thanks again to the team at NeedhamAir, we couldn’t have ask for better service

We can't thank Needham Air enough for their professional, prompt and utterly outstanding customer service. Their team are so helpful, being lead by values of integrity and honesty. So rare in today's business world, so it was such a welcome relief.We had been using another well-known WA air con group for 15 years, until recently when we were advised we needed to replace some parts, which we did - even though the system was working fine. After the new parts were installed, the system started leaking - we were losing 750 litres today. We were then advised we needed to spend another $2250 to get more new parts.After smelling a rat, we called Needham Air to seek a second opinion, who too also thought something wasn't right. So they came out within a couple of days and sorted the problem - no new parts needed at all. Just dodgy workmanship by previous group!Thank you Needham Air. Keep up the amazing work.

Our Architect recommended Needham Air to us and from the first moment we stepped inside the showroom, we noticed the professionalism and knowledge from all the staff there.We felt at ease sitting and discussing our house plans with Paul, who took the time to explain his recommendation and gave us great advise on design features and helped us to understand the industry lingo, which meant we could actually see what we were getting and made our decision easy to make. From there, everything was smooth sailing - all the time frames provided were accurate and we were kept informed by the staff at all times through the process.The technicians were prompt, friendly and tidy and had great pride in their workmanship. We also love that it is a family, Perth based business! We have had no problems at all with our install, ad the air-conditioning works exactly how Paul said it would - I highly recommend Needham Air for anyone building and needing air-conditioning.

No hard pitch sales tactics, just genuine advice that is really helpful. Our system is not an easy one, and they were honest and gave very knowledgeable advice on what would and wouldn't work.Everything Paul & Dean said has been true to their word, and the new system works perfectly. I recently had my air conditioning replaced by Needhamair. There aren’t enough superlatives I could use to describe my absolute satisfaction working with this company. Paul, the company representative visited to view the job and prepare a quote. His advice was absolutely spot on and thorough. The quote was significantly cheaper than others but the quality of the product was first class. We accepted the quote and work commenced promptly a week later. The working crew arrived punctually and ensured my timber floors were well protected. My job was a complicated one because of access to the internal units (I live in an apartment) The ceilings were removed without fuss and the tradesmen worked tirelessly over two days. Once completed, they thoroughly cleaned the property and reinstalled and painted the ceiling. I’m thoroughly pleased with the quality of the product and the professionalism of all those at the company. THANK YOU Needham Air

I read a few of the negative comments on here and it’s prompted me to post because that was not my experience at all with NeedhamAir.I found the quote and price fair and reasonable compared with others I’d received for my job.I picked NeedhamAir because of the attitude of the staff, I found them to be friendly and knowledgeable. I never had issues with follow up or detail on when the job would be done and when the work was complete, the workmanship was excellent.I recommend this company for all air-con work needed.
