Needhamair installed our air con a few years ago, and just got them out to do a service. Really easy to deal with, friendly knowledgeable service guy and our air con has never skipped a beatIt’s rare these days for someone to get a positive shout out, and thought these guys deserved one.One happy loyal customer

Very happy with the service! After phoning around and coming across with some very unpleasant people, Tom was really nice to deal with. He was polite and helpful. Took about a week to have the quote in writing as they were busy; not a problem for me though -I also work in a company with a heavy workload on my desk and we are all only human in the end of the day. Once the date was organised, the installers were early on site and at the door spot on time. I had the pleasure to have Shannon and Brett to install three Fujitsu aircons I had purchased separately. They were fantastic! Down to earth, knowledgeable professionals who were really lovely to have around your house all day. They were attentive, resolved issues with what appeared to be a quite labour intensive intallation due to our house layout, also came up with solutions for future access for electrical cables, and as an extra fixed cables in our main board that had been installed incorrectly. Everything was tidied up and workmanship was neat. Tom phoned the next day to see if I was happy and I certainly was. Thank you!

This was the second time we have used Bunbury Ford & Doonan and once again we were delighted with the ducted reverse cycle system that Jeremy and the team designed for our house. It was a challenging space to fit a unit and the installers were very professional and completed the work to an excellent standard. No hesitation in recommending them.

Hello I am leaving a 1 star review after 2 years of chasing them to fix the air-conditioning units clips that weren't put in correctly. Tried multiple times to get them to fix it and still nothing. Very disappointing

Shouldn't matter but when problems happen there is 5x different people to deal with not 1 person representing themOne of the subbies wholeaslers turned at at 520am with some "parts for me"
