Pool company installed heat pump. Had some issues and called Greenstar service department. Was able to FaceTime and I was walked through how to solve the problem and how the system works and the water flows. The technician taught me more about the pool pump and heat system in 8mins than I knew in 6months from pool handover. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Greenstar is 5 star ⭐️

We had Ian come around a couple of weeks ago. He was fantastic, really thorough and personable. Arrived on time, installed the system and went through the system with me. It was a little difficult for him because the previous company hadn’t installed the correct type of Power Point for the system, but he talked me through it. And today when the power point issue was rectified, I felt confident enough to conduct the set to work, and the system operated just as Ian said it would. He even left marks on the valves so I knew which one to turn and to where.Highly recommend.Follow up- about 4 weeks in, I had an error code come up on the unit. I emailed Green Star and they called me back about 10 mins later. They FaceTimed me so they could walk me through the system and showed me exactly how to fix it, why it occurred, and some other features to the system. It was terrific.Haven’t had that from a company before, but I think they should all do it.

The admin team provided regular updates and options to suit my requirements. The installer took the time to explain his reasoning for positioning of the unit and answered any questions I had. The quality of his work was excellent.Overall, this business is top-notch.

The team at Green Star were great right from the friendly delivery man who was also Craig’s offsider on the install, through to the office staff. They are a knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and responsive crew.Craig in particular went out of his way to make sure we could get the best from our heater install, including a face time call to look at our area and explain what we needed and was extremely fair in his prices.
