Very happy with the service! After phoning around and coming across with some very unpleasant people, Tom was really nice to deal with. He was polite and helpful. Took about a week to have the quote in writing as they were busy; not a problem for me though -I also work in a company with a heavy workload on my desk and we are all only human in the end of the day. Once the date was organised, the installers were early on site and at the door spot on time. I had the pleasure to have Shannon and Brett to install three Fujitsu aircons I had purchased separately. They were fantastic! Down to earth, knowledgeable professionals who were really lovely to have around your house all day. They were attentive, resolved issues with what appeared to be a quite labour intensive intallation due to our house layout, also came up with solutions for future access for electrical cables, and as an extra fixed cables in our main board that had been installed incorrectly. Everything was tidied up and workmanship was neat. Tom phoned the next day to see if I was happy and I certainly was. Thank you!

Highly recommend All Air Services to install your home air con. We had several companies come do a quote, but All Air Services were very prompt in providing the quote and answering any questions we had. Tom provided great advice on what system and brand would suit our needs.Shannon and Brett came out to remove our existing evaporative ducted system and replace with a new reverse cycle ducted air con. They arrived on time, were very friendly, approachable, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. So thorough they stayed past 7pm making sure we were happy with everything and that we understood the system and app. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to friends and family. We are very happy with our selection and very grateful all installed before this 40 degree heat wave hit.

Dealing with All Air Services is always a pleasure. The company I work for uses them for all of its work so I arranged for them to install reverse cycle air con at my home.The installers arrived when they said they would and were all great. They were very respectful in our home, didn't leave a mess and were very careful when moving things around.The system installed does a great job and we are very happy.

Initial appointment was delayed by a couple of days due to the technician calling in sick on the day, and I only found out when I called them to see where he was (as he hadn't shown up within the specified time frame).However, when he came for the rescheduled appointment it was a good experience. He (Tyler) was friendly, easygoing and professional. After initially checking the AC (ducted evaporative) and thinking that it was all working fine (which it actually was at that moment), Tyler had another thought as to why it'd previously been turning itself off and he went back up onto the roof.Sure enough, his suspicions were spot on and a faulty solenoid was the culprit. He was able to replace it with one he had in his vehicle, which was greatly appreciated as it was the first day of another heatwave (mid January) and we'd been without AC since Boxing Day, so we didn't want to go without it any longer.Overall, Tyler was really good to deal with and I'd use All Air Services again in the future.

The tech that came on the day was punctual and efficient and did a great job. I would definitely use All Air Services again and also recommend them.

Very happy with All Air Services. A difficult job but a really good outcome for me. Good communication by Tom and Jim and a great job on the day by Brett and Brogan. The new unit is so much quieter than the old one! Will definitely be using these guys in the future and would recommend them for any air conditioning needs. Tom and his team provided excellent service from providing a prompt quote which was reasonable in value for money; an optimal solution to my requirements in my house; quality equipment and a trouble free installation including excellent clean up after the work was completed. This was during the Perth hot spell and so I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get such prompt installation. I would not hesitate to recommend All Air Services for your air conditioning needs.

Highly recommended! Shannon was my installer. Super friendly and best price for my Mitsubishi industries Ac unit and install. Their website was easy to use. Purchased online and Tom was my main contact. Surprised that the company director was the one emailing me to ensure the installation went smoothly! Definitely my go to for new installs. Paul and his team are absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Friendly, good with kids and dogs, highly professional and he knows his stuff. We had a difficult job others turned down but with some problem solving and expert knowledge Paul installed split systems through our townhouse which have been exceptional quality and saved us over the last two hot summers with young kids. He is also extremely competitive price wise. And isn’t above having a chat with your kids about what he is doing.
